I stacked my 25 squats on to the end of my 30DS as usual. So far, so good! I can handle these.

I think I posted this in the other thread but it bears repeating. Especially as my hamstring on the left leg is aching from my lower body strength training on Monday, so I'm please with myself that I still did my squats.0 -
