October 500/1000 Sit Ups Challenge

This month we'll go back to the most popular challenge so far. Join me in a challenge to complete 500 or 1000 sit-ups throughout October. That's less than 20 a day to complete 500 or about 35 if you fancy going for the 1000.
Post a message letting us know if you want to join in and whether you are going for 500 or 1000. Then every time you complete a set, post how many you completed along with your running total.
For anyone interested, I will do a group personal training session for everyone who completes the challenge and posts an update at least once per week.
We'll start on Monday 1st October until Wednesday 31st. Good Luck!

Hi all just joined your group but have been doing the MFP food diary for about 3 months. So far i have gone from 98 kilo's to 84. I'ii go for the 1000. I'm currently doing 45 crunches and 35 of the ones where you bring one knee up diagonally and touch elbow ( not sure what these are called ) every morning at 4am as well as 15 minutes of dumb bell training!!!! Not fun that early but with two young kids who like to unsrew the end of the weights without telling you it seems safer doing why they are in bed.
I have given up smoking ( 3 months ), Kebabs and junk food ( 3 months ), drinking during week ( 1 month ).
I have the fitness dvd's Insanity sitting on shelve but am scared about starting!
