1 reduced fat prepared graham cracker crust (I used Keebler brand)
1 container Cool Whip Free (thawed)
2 containers Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt
1 box sugar free strawberry Jell-O
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup boiling water
Place Cool Whip, yogurt and vanilla extract into a large bowl and stir together. (I find it easiest to get everything incorporated using a whisk). Rise whisk. In boiling water, add jell-o and whisk together quickly until all lumps have dissolved. Pour jell-o mixture into bowl containing cool whip, yogurt and vanilla and whisk together. Pour mixture into the prepared crust and cover. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until firmly set. Enjoy!
