    How are you guys logging your squats as exercise? I know it sounds like a stupid question -- it might be but I am slightly confused.

    Either way, I'm going to start right now before I go to bed and catch up tomorrow!

    a little late to post but I DID do my 25 squats yesterday... for some reason I feel it more in the back of my right thigh..
