Several, for different reasons.
Bad Day at Black Rock -- First movie in America that included Martial Arts.
Enter the Dragon -- Set the Standard at the time.
Above the Law -- Realistic Fight Scenes.
Loved Return of the Dragon just for the Norris/Lee fight in the Colisseum.0 -

Not necessarily myt favorite, but one of the first movies depicting martial arts was "Bad Day at Black Rock" Starring Spencer Tracy as a one armed detective who knew Judo. Made in the 50's, I believe.0
