Sunday accountability report- 9/30

Hi All,

Here we are at the end of Week 3! These are my updates:

- I burned 3883 calories this week (eeeeking past my 110% goal of 3850)
- I completed my nutrition log each day & stayed with my limits

I'm looking forward to running my second 5k next Sunday. Hopefully I'll feel a little less like vomiting throughout this next event... ;)

    Hello,

    I had a decent week. I burned 2744 calories. I hiked 3 times. I am getting more and more comfortable hiking.
    I went to KB 3 times.
    This team is so inspiring. I am happy to be a part of this.

    Kudos to Heather/Slim and Lynn for their accomplishments this week! Here's my report for Week 3:

    * Burned 5393 calories (exceeding by the slimmest of margins my weekly target of 5390 cal/week or 770 cal/day).
    * Completed my food log for every day, was under my daily calorie target for 6 of the 7 days, and was under my cumulative calorie target for the week.

    Looking forward to another fun and challenging --- nay, ULTRA challenging --- week!

    Happy Week Three!

    I burned 2131 calories ( goal is 2000 per week)
    I logged in daily and was under my allotted calories for the week.
    My weight is staying at the maintenance level (between 153-157)
    I do need to watch my sugary foods - mostly the dessert type of stuff!

    Excited to see everyone shine over the next 10 weeks!
