Today was weighday wednesday, and the verdict is.....(drumroll here)...down one-half pound.
I haven't been to the track since school started, but you can bet I'll be up bright and early Saturday morning to go walk the track!!

I posted my #s on the spreadsheet... but even more exciting than going down anotherfew lbs, is that I did my measurements today (20th of each month) and I went down a total of 7.5 inches AGAIN this past month! so, over all- since July, I've dropped 24.5 inches, and counting!
