Week 3 Challenge: Choose Your Own Challenge

Choose a Challenge for yourself and post it here to hold yourself accountable.


I'm also a WW member and they recommend 2 tsp of healthy oils per day. I have been really slack w/ getting those in. So my challenge for myself is to get those 2 tsp of oil every day this week.

    As can be seen in my diary, healthy oils is a big problem for me and I love the idea of saying something positive about myself each day BUT my exercise has seriously suffered lately so I'm going to challenge myself to get at least 30 minutes a day NOT including walking for at least 5 out of the 7 days. Good luck everyone!

  • I'm in with the healthy oils. Making the conscious effort to get them in will really help me. I honestly don't think about them which means I'm not getting them. Ideas that have worked for me in the past: - drizzling on salad or vegetables for grilling - adding it to my smoothie, milk boost or cottage cheese Have a great day.

    Day 1and no exercise :(. Today got in 44 on the elliptical and some walking. Now to get 4at more good burns in!

    You ladies are doing great! My oils are nonexistent today.

    Day 2: Oils done. 2 of 7 days. Drizzled 2 tsp olive oil on my veggies.

    I've got so much going on.
    My goal has been to find something positive to tell myself every day.
    Whether it be about my progress or how I look...
    It can't just be..."Well...you've got a...you've got a...uhm...wonderful personality?"
    Today, I said something along the lines of..."You're stronger than you think you are."
    Something like that. Every. Day.

  • I'm in with you. It's just been real busy. It was good to put conscious thought into my oils this week.
