I just wanted to share my joy. Today when I jumped on the scale I was hoping for 175 (my Halloween goal) but instead I got 173.8 which means my BMI is finally in the overweight category. I'm so excited about knowing that my first "normal" weight goal is less than 30 pounds away that I'm tempted to have my ticker count down to goal instead of counting up total loss. Thank you all for being here with great advice and support. I'm not done yet, but I feel you've been a great help in keeping me grounded and on track. Thanks All!
