Starting the 8th

I know...why not start today? I'm going to my in-laws this weekend who live on a farm. All I can expect there food wise is processed and canned stuff covered with melted Velveeta Cheese.....cream of everything....baked goods galore. SO, Monday it is....after I indulge in homemade apple pie.

My CF box did a 30 day Paleo challenge and I stuck with it for 3 weeks. After week 3 I hadn't loss any weight (I know...don't use the scale), I hadn't noticed any changes in my body and I just got discouraged and let life take over. I ate like crap. I felt like crap.

I love CF and can tell I'm getting stronger but I don't want to be a fat fit person. I want to lose the weight AND be strong. So I'm getting back on the horse and am going to stick it out until I see the changes I want to see.

SO, starting Monday I'm going to do my first Whole30.

    Me too! I convinced a girlfriend to do it with me so we are starting after Thanksgiving. Canadian Thanksgiving, that is! :-)
