    Thanks for sharing.

    You work with adults with learning disabilities.. Wow you are a total star :)
    Perhaps you are not vocally thanked often but, what you do and the fact you even do it, is making a massive change for the adults involved. Go You :)

    I guess you know the stats on depression, get your light therapy box in for the winter. Buy a few motivational books and keep up the work here on MFP

    Hello Charlotte

    As we approach winter, it's in our human DNA to naturally want to lay down fats etc.
    The fact you comfort eat is in it's self quite natural, perhaps you should drop the term "struggle" and replace it with enjoy.

    Is it the sugars that you crave<?

    One way would be to remove most ice creams/ biscuits and such like from your environment and replace them with similar foods, but in a low calorie form. As far as I am aware ALDI do fantastic low carb snacks ( of all kinds ) cheap fruit and even better they even take debit cards at the till!!! Thats soooooooooo 2012 lol

    Any time you need a "UP" honestly I am >here<
    My advise is not always right, but it may help to put a slant on things :)

    I was born in sunny old maidstone in the maternity department that looked a fair bit like madonnas bra

    2. Where do you live?

    I currently live in a strange old hamlet called Noah's Ark in Kent

    3. Where else have you lived?

    Well I've always lived in a town called Sevenoaks just different areas eg Riverhead and st johns

    4. What is your current occupation?

    I am currently a full time funeral arranger

    5. What is your dream occupation?

    Either to be a funeral director or to own my own funeral home!!

    1. I am 22 and my delightful partner is 43
    2. I suffer from major depressive disorder and anxiety (social and general, so this is quiet hard for me) as well as Pcos (medicated)
    3. I love food and unfortunately use it for comfort which is fairly backwards at times!!!!
    4. I have a warped sense of humour if you hadnt noticed
    5. I love nature it's so beautiful and calming :)

    4. I am cashew nuts intolerant (sadly - I love 'em!)
    5. I think respect is so important, if you have respect for yourself and respect for others it really helps oil the wheels. Respect engenders care which in turn creates a loving environment in which everyone can blossom and fulfill their potential ... that's my theory anyway :O) Sorry was this supposed to be light and fluffy? lol!
