Today is kind of a cheat day so it's going to be a real test to avoid any LNS.

It's a long weekend in Canada, too - Thanksgiving has arrived!

I do plan on permitting ONE LNS episode this weekend....I haven't determined *which* night, though....so, the "0" is likely to disappear from my LNS line very shortly!

I first wrote 4 (for me) - did not realize 5 days of the month had gone.
So proud of everyone. Carlos, keep on trying!

I fell off the wagon lasty night. It started with just a cup of almonds, not so bad right? Then I woke up at 2:00am and found out a former coworker and friend of mine died. I hit the candy pretty hard.

I find the 30 Day Shred DVD is short enough to do an hour before bedtime but challenging enough to kill my calorie cravings before bed. Yoga before bedtime works as well.

I didn't late night snack - like I thought I was gonna....just ate my popcorn at suppertime, instead. It worked, lol!

Oh, that is really sad! It's hard to stay tough at emotional times  . Try to stay strong, one slip when such shocking news hits is understandable, but on the long term, that won't help you and won't change things either. :flowerforyou:

DH and I are in Fort Bragg enjoying our Fall Tour with our Imperial Car Club. It is pretty much automatic that at 8pm I don't eat anymore...and all of my friends know it. Been having a blast! Went on the Skunk Train ride today...and ate at some FABULOUS restaurants. Since I also gave up beef and pork for the month of October, and this is a SEAFOOD town...I've had some great dishes...cioppino (sp), clam chowder, eggs with avocado with cheese. All before 8pm...lol...Keep STRONG everyone...we make the choices and if we fall...we just get back on track! Over the last 10 months, I am happy to say the last TWO months were my best...since giving up LNS...Wooo Hoooo THX everyone...coming in and reporting keeps me going, too!! :drinker:

I had a glass of milk past my cut-off, but then resisted to put anything in my mouth while we were watching a movie. I felt the temptation to have a banana and then asked myself "am I really hungry?". Since the answer was "no" I preferred to keep the point to myself .

Tommy, really sad news, sorry to hear that.

I have run 31 whopping miles today as a part of the Royal Parks Ultra 50km race. It was a long, long way and very tough. I ate non stop afterwards but burnt near on 4000 calories so well under target still. Tomorrow I will still be re fueling.

Last night we ended up eating a bit late as I finished nights (so woke about 4.30pm) and my running friend came over for a carb fest. It wasn't exactly LNS but was later than I normally like to eat, but I needed it to get me round today.

So my score is still 100%

Grrreat Job, Dewdrop....I had a glass of almond milk right before 8pm, my cut off time. I just came back from a 3 day adventure on the Coast of California...and just relaxing now. Thx for the quick tip to have milk. I wasn't hungry after having a nice shrimp salad and soup for lunch...Ate a lot, but did not overdo on my 3 day vacation! Again...Grrreat job for you at 6 (you) 0 (LNS)

Had a grreat time with our final day on the Fall Tour visiting Point Arena and its Lighthouse. Got to walk up 143 steps...steel spiral stairway responsible for keeping the Pount Arena Lighthouse in place for over 100 years. Fabulous information and Tour!

Tommy, don't be this strict! Unless some means "a whole can" and you did not start 15 mins past the cut-off time and finished 1h after that, I strongly recommend you give yourself the point.

Debi, thank you for your encouragement and for sticking to it - you are inspirational, as always.

Kate, AWESOME! Was the weather on your side, at least? Is this your fist ultra marathon? So proud of you! :flowerforyou:

Dewdrop, yes it was my first Ultra. I have raced 6 marathons previously and run to 28 miles in training but this was the furthest I have run.
The weather was glorious! London has never looked more beautiful.
    Thank you :flowerforyou:

    Another "no LNS day"

Hey Kate...Thanks soo much. I have this group to thank  With all of your activity...I would think LNS would not be a problem, but good habits are important for later in life when activity is not as much the focus. I am just in awe of those miles you run :flowerforyou: You DEFINITELY have STAMINA and ENDURANCE ... great qualities we can all use in life

Dewdrop...when you first asked me not to be soo strict on my LNS, I was GRATEFUL! Your advice to Tommy is very wise...and a lesson to all of us. THX!

Keep going, Tommy...you CAN achieve this goal of LNS which I like to reiterate to myself what a good habit it is :)

Everyone doing awesome....just cause you are HERE and accountability...
