So, today I finished my second 28 minute run and as usual, I felt a huge sense of accomplishment when I was done. Is there a free 5k-10k program I can start after next week? I've looked a little but all I found was a pay app. Thanks for your help!

Hal Higdon has training programs for all sorts of races - I'm doing his 10 mile one right now. Now that you can run the whole time you don't need an app per se, although I've heard good things about nike+, micoach...there are more out there too.0

Congrats on your accomplishments!
Active.com has a ton of training programs. It's a pretty cool site for all things 'running'0 -
Fantastic, well done, great feeling isnt it?0
