eat fruits and veggies..this has been a big issue for me...i know i need to eat them more. alongside the start of shredding...i plan to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.....join me?

I may do this one with you. For the first 3 days of the shred I've done modified, I'm thinking tomorrow I'm going for the real deal, at least for one round!!0

My goal is to stop "spearfishing" off of the kids plates or while I am making dinner. All food must be on a plate (MY plate) to be consumed. Too hard to track otherwise!
