Today we shall do heel lifts and try to balance on one foot at a time. Liz suggested these before and I tell you that balancing is hard to do, but as she said, very important as we age. So, YES we will try it again and again.

I forgot to say, but I did the counter push ups the other day and the knee lifts yesterday. So of course, I'll do the heel lifts today.

Yes strengthening the core is what helps balance. My core has improved drastically with water exercise. Keep it going it works!0
