Wed 3 miles walk 1 hr strength training
Thur 3 miles walk/run 1 hr pilates

Sat will be taking kids to pumkin patch so will probably be doing a lot of walking and a little weight lifting carrying a 4 year old and a pumpkin

Total so far: 15.5 miles
Saturday was supposed to be about 7.5 miles, but I must have pulled my right quad on Wednesday during kettlebells or Thursday on my run. It started hurting halfway through my run on Thursday, hurt during kettlebells yesterday, and then really started hurting today. Very sharp pain, that felt like I could be doing damage by running, so I started walking and had my daughter pick me up. Rest for the next couple days for me!!0 -
