Day 21 - Level 3

Sundays are my long run days - did 13,5 km run. And then the workout - barely had any energy for it!
Dont know yet what I think of Level 3! Kind of dont like all the plank and push up stuff still! What about you guys?

Oh my! Just finished level 3... it definitely works some muscles I'm not used to working. I think i like it! I feel like it's going to make me feel really strong, especially in my back. My knees are starting to hurt so I'm trying to modify for low impact. Level 3 definitely has some tough moves!0

Level 3 > Level 2
'Nuff said... I'm glad to be done with level 2 and I love Level 3. Started with mostly modified moves, hope to be doing most unmodified by the end of this 10 days.
Can't wait to compare before and after pics!!!0 -
i didnt do thirty day shred the last two days - due to many many many hours of yard work at a friends. I really am considering not doing anymore days or level two and just going to level three and doing it for 12 days instead.0

I started Level 3 a day early because I got tired of Level 2 after 14 days. I have to do just about every move modified, but I feel like I've made progress over all and I'll probably be able to do most of the moves fully by the end.0

I've pulled something in my right shoulder blade....must be from throwing punches with the weights? Woke up this morning in quite a bit of pain. Don't know if I'm going to manage today's workout:sad:0
