I feel so lucky to not have a soda addiction. When I was a kid, everybody in my family drank Pepsi all the time, even with meals. My younger brother and I preferred milk. We are the only ones in our family with good teeth!
I am 58 and that was a long time ago and my teeth are still great. Back then the only diet soda was TAB and I don't know if anyone else remembers that but it was truly awful!0 -
Time Frame:
October 19, 2012 - October 26, 2012.
The "Challenge"-
1. Only eat under 1,200 calories per day!
2. Only drink one diet soda per day, the rest WATER(:
This will be our first challenge, next week I think we'll incorporate exercise. Don't push yourself.
You HAVE to get the eating down before you can exercise as well (:

i accept - although i will struggle on 1200 as childrens bodies need more cals than that however i'm gonna try on 12000

Count me in as well. Soda will not be an issue & neither will 1200 calories. I struggle getting to 1200 every day anyway.0

Glad it started today. I have been staying under 1200 calories, but of course ate to my limit of 1400 on yesterday. I think it was the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that did me in!!!!0
