I'm in - started eating 1200 calories over a month ago and drinking 6-8 oz of water and the difference is apparent and I love the way I feel!!0

started eatting only 1200 cals on thursday and both days i was under, easyer than it sounds and i hate fizzy drinks

Im not a big soda fan but I love me some SWEET TEA! So maybe one unsweet with splenda a day could work for me ??0

does the challenge take into account exercise?
with exercise you can eat more but still be at the 1200 level?0 -
I'm in, and this is my first challenge!
I drink nothing but water, but the 1200 calorie goal will definitely inspire me to get my exercise in so I can gain those calories back if I want to.0 -

Try smoothies or protein drinks... my youngest could not stomache solids in the am so I started making her yogurt and fruit smoothies.0

maybe some fruit like grapes, an apple, or grapefruit? I get the same feeling in the morning after eating, seems to go better when i eat fruit.0 -
I only drink soda on the weekends. I guess I will replace soda with more water. I need to increase my water intake so this will be good. I accept the challenge.0
