    Options
    I would like to loose 16 pounds
    Definitely exercise more (ok, just exercise period, something I truly struggle with)
    Drink more water
    Learn to eat more healthier, away from bad sugars, carbs and sodium
    To be an example for my boys!


    Any help in achieving this would be greatly appreciated.

    Complete the 21 day no junk food challenge
    Stay on top of my school work AND eat well at the same time...

    Have at least 8 glasses of water a day.
    Do 30 Day Shred.

    1) Stop drinking Diet Soda
    2) Drink at least 8 glasses of water day
    3) Get active at least 15 mins. a day on treadmill. I don't do any now..

    I'm going to challenge myslef to lose 10-12lbs in 30 days by completing the C25K< strength training, and starting P90X.

    My goal is to lose 10 Lbs. My weigh in day is Saturdays so those are the weights I will use. Good Luck to all.

    to stay focused and remember the long term goal: Christmas, trips etc. This is to be a lifetime change in eating and not temporary.

    Let's all stay on track and see where we are all at in 30 days!!! I'm up for the challenge how about everyone else??

    Please help--how do you stay away from sugar....any tricks?

    1.) Loose 8 pounds. So weight 155 by november 20th.
    2.) Walk 5 days a week
    3.) Get the guts to go back to my gym and work out there again

    Started MFP 5 weeks ago & have stuck with the daily logging in for food. Now I'd like to do 20 minutes of exercise per day. May not seem like much but I've never been a very active person so I need to start somewhere!

    1. Stationary bike 30min, 5-6 days a week
    2. Have a wellrounded exercise routine well established by end of month
    3. Make healthy food choices and drink more water
    4. Stick with it :)

    Over the next 30 days, I want to...

    a) Lose 8 to 10 pounds
    b) Workout out six days a week
    c) Not drink alcohol
    d) Continue with Couch to 5K
