has anyone had to up their calories

Hi Dukan'ers.

I was just wondering at how many calories a day do you achieve maximum weight loss? I try and keep my calories above 1200, but on pure protein days, I can't always reach that. Lately I've noticed I'm not losing as much as I used to (probably also because I don't have a lot left to go...) but on the days I eat a lot more, I seem to lose again.

So in that, my question... how many calories do you guys aim for a day? Thanks

    I tried not to worry too much about calories while I was on the cruise phase. I was always getting that "your eating too few calories" message. I just tried to do my best ot follow the plan, and the weight came off. I find that I am more aware of the calorie total on the consolidation phase, not neccessiarliy for the better. I'm likely to eat something not to good for me just because I have calories to spare. I do find that my weight has stablaized at a calorie intake that is lower that mfp suggusts it should be... so I take those recomendations as approximations rathers than the word of god.
