Well ladies - I am done! :) And very happy! :)

Feelings after:

Lessons learned:
- Not to do it everyday as it really got to me with all the crazy running I do!
- Get some proper weights
- Get a mat :)

Good things:
- I feel so much STRONGER than I did in the beginning – both in physical and psychological sense. Physically – I can actually do pushups now, my abs and core is way stronger now. And also psychologically – I have kind of proved myself I can do it!
- I have improved my running times!
- Motivation to do more of her workouts! I kind of love her! :D
- Centimetres lost from waist - 3,5!!! Did not lose much weight - but I read it is due to muscle gain, plus I did not have loads to lose actually. My aim was getting into shape actually!
- Support here on MFP - kept me going! :)

What’s next?
I have two races coming up. This Sunday – 10km race, and then next Sunday a mud race! :D
On top of that – I will continue with Jillian’s workouts. I think I will alternate between different ones.

Hope you also had good results and are motivated to keep up the workouts! :)

P.S. Was so happy today, that I brought the camera with me on my run before the workout - therefore, a new profile pic of my autumny run! :D

  • Woo! Congrats to everyone who made it through! I've lost 4" off my waist, 3" off my hips, and 2" off my arms and thighs. I'm starting BeFit in 90 next I think, but first I'm doing 5 more days on level 3 for the full 45 days I planned.

    congratulations!!!
  • Wow, well done! I keep having to take breaks because of my knees and other stuff that's going on in my life, but it is so motivating to see others go through with it. And that new pic is great, that must have been a really beautiful day.
  • Yayyy congrats everyone! I can't believe how much stronger and in shape I feel. I didn't have a lot of luck with losing weight or inches (probably due to my love for beer and my husband's new obsession with grilling steak). Unfortunately, my husband will be deploying soon.. But I'm looking forward to taking that time to really focus on my weight loss and getting healthy and toned and surprising him when he gets back! Good luck everyone! Thanks for the motivation!

I am happy and proud of myself for completing the 30ds! Pleased with my results too. I didn't lose any weight ( lost 3lbs initially but gained it back - hoping that was muscle) but did lose 6 inches over all. I am much more toned now. Not sure yet what is on the agenda for me next. My focus has been on running for the last 4 years. And yes, that keeps me slim but not toned, except for my legs. I was thinking of maybe continuing with the 30ds but doing 2 days of the workout and then 1 of running and alternating that way. Or maybe I will try Brazilian Butt Lift! Congrats to the rest of you who have finished or who are still working at it. Awesome job!
