Hello. Just started this. In Longwood, Fl- little north of Orlando. Used to be a really good athlete but as happens, life got busy, had a son, work, etc and next thing you know it has been years since I grace a gym or even watched what I ate now am overweight. My goal is lose 30 pounds and get in better shape.0
