    Monday 10/22/2012 (morning): 3.00 miles, elliptical (lil slowed down. . .4.3 and 45 minutes.
    Monday 10/22/2102 (evening): walk dog, 1.25 miles
    Tuesday 10/23/2012 (morning): 2.25 miles, elliptical. . .40 minutes, FIRST TIME INTERVAL TRAINING *omg*

    Looking forward to a 12K on Saturday. Hoping to do it in somewhere around 1:15, which would be 10 min per mile pace, but there is a one mile over 300 ft climb, which may make it tough! I've done a 5 mile race at 9:47 per mile, but it was really flat.

    Looking forward to a 12K on Saturday. Hoping to do it in somewhere around 1:15, which would be 10 min per mile pace, but there is a one mile over 300 ft climb, which may make it tough! I've done a 5 mile race at 9:47 per mile, but it was really flat.

    That sounds fun, despite the 300 foot elevation change! Let us know how that goes!
