    My Goals:

    Loose 10lbs

    Make running a morning routine (currently I run in the evenings every now and then. It needs to become more of a daily staple)

    Take multivitmins every day

    Drink more water

    1. Lose 2 inches from my waist
    2. Run 3 times a week, at least 2 miles/run
    3. No cheat days! (That means ice cream and chipotle for me)
    4. Workout at least 4 days/week

    I like the idea of 30 day goals. It takes that long to get a new habit established. I'm for taking baby steps and permanent changes. I hope that writing them down and seeing what other people aim for will help me stay focused.
    So my goals for this period...10/22 - 11/20:
    Lose 2 pounds on the scale.
    Pants feel looser.
    Eat green veggies every day.
    Avoid wheat, especially bread.
    Exericise (swim, walk, or bike) 20 min. 4 times a week.

    I'm going for:

    1) lose 10 lbs
    2) train for mini marathon
    3) no sodas or candy through halloween
    4) seriously track what I eat on here

    3. Log calories as accurately as possible
    4. Change up types of cardio workouts for consecutive exercise days
    5. Stay positive :)

    Workout 6 days a week with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

    Eat at least 5 servings of veggies/fruit per day.

    No soda.

    II want to lose 10 pounds in this challenge! November 20th, here we come! What are some of the goals that you have set for this month? I want to:
    cut out refined sugars
    no refined flours, only whole grain foods
    drink 8 glasses of water a day
    snacks with a protein
    3 meals, 3 snacks
    only good fats like olive oil, nuts & seeds,
    portion control
    more fruits & vegetables
    1 cheat meal a week
    Zumba every week
    Curves workouts at least 4X a week
    walk every day

    I'd like to have lost ten pounds, putting me at 195 and firmly out of the 200s since probably before High School!
    Also, I'd like to start doing yoga more often.

    2). Drink at least 8 cups of water daily .

    3) No Soda.

    3). No Halloween candy.

    4). Walk 3-5 miles a day at least 4 times a week.

    5) Do 30DS or Yoga Meltdown each day.
