Looking forward to a 12K on Saturday. Hoping to do it in somewhere around 1:15, which would be 10 min per mile pace, but there is a one mile over 300 ft climb, which may make it tough! I've done a 5 mile race at 9:47 per mile, but it was really flat.0

That sounds fun, despite the 300 foot elevation change! Let us know how that goes!

Saturday: 7.5 miles running - the 12 K went great - Official time was about 1:16, I think, but my app told me I hit 7.5 miles at 1:15 exactly, which was my goal. There was 665 ft of climb, so I was really happy to maintain a 10 min per mile pace!
