I just finished my workout and am so excited that I was able to make it through this program. I started with P90 and then in the second phase of P90 I started Insanity cardio routines on my cardio days. I then moved on to P90X and started Couch to 5K in place of the cardio workouts. I start phase 3 of P90X tomorrow and plan on continuing with the optional 30 minute runs for about a month while working on speed, then I'll move on to the 5 to 10K program. I've already purchased the app :)

As for diet, I've been following paleo principles.

I've come so far since May. I wish I took measurements when I first started, but here is some various data based on clothes sizes:
