    100 miles for me . i know i can do more, but after two years of non stop running , i 'm trying to do strength training. so boring, but necessary. Running is in my blood. lol

    My goal for October was a conservative 90... I made it back to 100!

    For November, I've got a couple of light weeks with my second Half Marathon in the middle (Philly Half on Nov. 18! Can't wait)

    So I'm sticking with 90 as the goal for November. Maybe I'll surprise myself and be able to ramp back up more quickly, but after the tendonitis following my first HM in September, I don't want to push too quickly.

    Thanks again Cooriander! This challenge is such a great motivator to keep me from hitting snooze, rolling over and going back to sleep when the alarm goes off at 4:30AM.

    Hey Coor. I figured it out :-) had to join the group, thanks for the link. I'm in again. I think with the holidays I'm going shoot a little lower this month, put me in for 100.

    I know this is check in for Nov. but I do not know where to put my last day for Oct. so I will put it here. Today's running miles (Wed. Oct 31) 3.00 miles. No running for me until Sat.'s 1/2.

    Total miles for October: 104.22
