I did eat my evening snack a bit later, but that was because my daughter had a later hockey game....it was calculated into my daily calories, and wasn't a binge or anything - it was planned. So, gave the point to me.

I'm in a "I so wanna binge" phase :(. Instead, I felt asleep with my toddler :), so this/he saved me :):

That's better than any food. My oldest came in my bed this morning and let me snuggle up with her. I'll take that while I can.

I'm going to a Halloween party tonight and WILL BE snacking late at night. I just want to be able to have some moderation and not totally pig out.

Tonight I did eat late. I hate excuses but I just wanted it tonight after 2 x 12.5 hour shifts. Last night there were some cookies sitting in the kitchen at work as we were about to leave. I so wanted one but I said 'nope, I don't eat after 8'. I was really proud.

Tonight however I thought, 'what the hell it's Saturday and I've been at work' so I enjoyed some ice cream at 9pm when I got home instead. I did enjoy it and savour it. But it does effect my score.

    LNS 3 (i think?!)

Tomorrow I am heading out for a 10 mile run with my running club so I doubt the late night snack will be too damaging.

    Happy weekend everyone :drinker:

I've not LNS'd tonight but I want to :noway:

    But I won't

The morning started with an 11 mile cross country run. Lovely views and lots of deer spotted.

Then this pm we went with friends for a pub lunch. The vege options were limited so I had pizza whilst they all had roasts which was odd but still tasty.

If I wasn't logging or a part of this group I would still be stuffing my face :blushing: , but instead I will drink some more and have an early night :drinker:

**Dewdrop** It has been amazing your efforts to not LNS...and it keeps getting better and better Grrreat Job :flowerforyou:

**Kate** You also amaze me...as much as you run that you worry about late night snacking. However, I totally respect your reasons NOT to LNS...the habit to binge can be detrimental in the long run, and it is just good to give our bodies a break...keep up the good work...

    Hugs to All...:heart::drinker:

(I felt sick and had 3 pickels, but they are so low cal and really, that was just because I had no lemon around to squeeze in plain water.)

Thanks a lot for your kind words, Debi. :flowerforyou:

Stopping at cut-off was not an issue, but not ravaging the fridge in the middle of the night was! However, I thought of you and went back to sleep .

I, like most (if not all) people here am very  with my numbers for October.

Just a little bit upset about giving in last night:
    Me: 26 - LNS: 4*
cos I love the number 3, even (or in this case in particular) when it stands on the wrong side . Wish I went to bed earlier and ate far less than I had throughout the day.

Only 1 more night to go! Hope to start the new thread sometime today.

I'm gonna eat tonight! So, point goes to LNS, even if I don't eat very late - it's a bit of gluttony gonna go on...

    Me: 27
    LNS: 4

    Can't wait until November!

Wow - these results are IMPRESSIVE! As a group, I think we really have improved SO VERY MUCH!

    Happy halloween, all!

I would've failed last night if my son hadn't put me to sleep (usually it's the other way around, hehe) again!

I agree, we have all done incredibly well this month. Great job, everyone! :flowerforyou:

Will put up the Nov thread soon. Hope you won't have to write down your points on paper until then .

    Wow, you didn't eat??

I did. I ate potato chips from 2:00 pm until bedtime, mixed in with halloween chocolates AND homemade popcorn!

    Oh, the gluttony!

But, for only one little LNS point, I felt it was worth it!
