Has anyone done this before? and if so, how was it? i started actually today and i love it so far so i am
going to devote the whole month of november to write everything down.

I think it will be fun to share it with the rest here at the end of the day, what do you think?

    I know that if I keep a track of what i eat I am less likely to put something in my mouth and to team that idea with emotion/lifestyle tracking too will help identify and potentially elliminate gaining it all back.

    Lets see how it goes!! I'm In :-)

    by joining the group i am commiting myself to logging everything i eat
    and sharing with with you all,i sometime dont log if i overeat.
