Went to dinner with a friend. I tried to pick the lesser of the evil choices and still be able to enjoy a good dinner. Afterwards I took a dance class for fun. logged in my food intake! I think I did pretty good today. I had a weak moment before dinner and dipped into the left over Halloween Candy but other than that I think I did ok today. :)

Has anyone done this before? and if so, how was it? i started actually today and i love it so far so i am going to devote the whole month of november to write everything down. I think it will be fun to share it with the rest here at the end of the day, what do you think?
