O.K. everyone...this morning I weighed in at 178.0. 168.0 would be awesome but since Thanksgiving is this month I'd be super happy if I hit 170.0. Let's do this thang!!!0

Well I'm 218.2 this morning... I'm kinda nervous about weighing in 3 times a week, mainly because I lost a lot in October. So, I'm expecting November to be harder and wouldn't be surprised if I see my weight go up a little this next week.
But oh well, shooting for 208.2 by 12/1! Most of my family hasn't seen me since losing 27 lbs, so it would be awesome to show up to Thanksgiving having lost 37

I was at 236 when I weighed in on Friday. I weighed in at 228.6 this morning. That was an awesome experience and motivation to see that (my first mini-goal was to get under 230). I want to be down to 219 by the end of the month.0
