I am so beyond frustrated and upset. Before when I wasn't watching what I was eating and wasn't really exercising, I was maintaining my weight. Now all week I have been really good eating lots of fruits and veggies, not eating out and doing lots of exercising, except for yesterday, and I"m up 2 pounds! Are you freaking kidding me? It's times like these when I"m like ahhhhh! I'm sure it's that awful day of eating yesterday that is causing some bloating and stuff, but we'll see what happens next week. I can't give up.0 -

Hope my loss will pick up a bit, otherwise it could take me......just over 8 years to get my 20 lbs off, NOT acceptable at all!0 -

Okay, so I gained basically 2 lbs. However, I had COMPLETELY fallen off the bandwagon for like a week straight. I wasn't logging, I kept being cold and eating warm delicious everythings, BUT I am happy to say I am BACK ON THE WAGON! And my husband is using MFP again too, so we can encourage each other!
