Anyone interested in starting the 30 Day Shred with me?

Hi ladies,
I am very new to MFP and just beginning my weight loss journey, I currently weigh 208 pounds. I am 4'11. I am looking to lose btw 60-80 pounds. I am currently talking 1000 mg of metformin for IR and eating between 1200-1400 calories a day. So far, I have lost 4 pounds since October first. I work a desk job and I am not very active. I am going to begin Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred on Sunday. October 21st. Is anyone interested in joining me? If so please let me know. I really dont want to do this alone and could really use another person going through this with me. We could support and encourage each other!

    If I had the workout DVD I totally would but right now I am still trying to decide whether I should invest in it or not! Would you care to let me know how you find it? I am doing the Extreme Shed and Shred workout by JM now and I find that one is good. Seeing some results already! Good Luck with it :)

    I have been doing it in conjunction with working out at the gym, but I'm on day 5 of level 2. We can still do it together if you'd like and support each other you can add me as friend also :)

    I completed it not so long ago and saw some good results. Im currently doing it once a week, with her banish fat and boost metabolism twice a week as well as the gym twice a week.

    How are you finding it?

    Btw you can get it free on youtube just search for 30 day shred and choose one thats like 25 minutes.
