HRM Question: What are your avgs and highs with JMBR?

I am concerned with my Heart Rate Monitor numbers... I don't know if I have a bad HRM or what. The "calories burned" seem way to high to me. So I thought I'd ask, could you share some of your numbers with me?
For example, today I did Cardio III for the first time (yikes) and my highest HR was 177 and my avg (before cool down/passing out on the floor in a pool of sweat) 160 and after cool down/passing out on the floor in a pool of sweat: 147. I'll try to see what my WO7 and WO8 numbers are.
Thanks for your input!!

This morning WO7, high was 167 avg 137 and it showed calories burned 349. That's way too high. I've got to figure this out. Heart rate seems right... its a lot of lower heart rate stuff with the planks but those calories seem crazy high.

I know what you mean!! My average calorie burn is anywhere from 230 to 285 with her workouts...but my hr seems high. Can't remember exactly without having it here in front of me..but I know it has been as high as 180....which seems off the chart! I have wondered the same thing. Hoping when I log calories burned I am not giving myself more than I really did!
My HRM is a polar FT6 (I think). I wonder if the battery needs replacing?
Either way...don't want to slow down! I am in week 10!! ready to be done in 3 1/2 weeks!

Thanks for the input.
Today with WO8 it showed: 139 avg 169 high 320 burned. And I forgot to put it on so put it on after warm up and into circuit 1.
One NSV was I have had to tighten the strap on it, it was falling off! ha!0 -
My average is around the same 135-140. The highest it ever gets is in the 170's.
For the Workouts, I range in the 250-275 calories burned zone, but phase 3 has bumped it up to 275-300. Cardio 3 has me at 320.0 -
Mine is consistently around 170 in Circuits 2 and 3 of Cardio 2. I believe it's accurate. Jump training really brings up your heart rate.0

I did Cardio II this morning and followed with one Circuit of Cardio III (fyi... OW! my legs were jello so my C3 was not very pretty... mini-goal to be able to do them back to back... well see)
But max was 177 and avg was 167.
I wonder now about my HRM. I take it off and leave it downstairs where I work. I put it on immediately before I start (sometimes as I am starting if I forget) so I wonder if I should try to have it on and 'warm it up' before I start working out.
Thanks again for the input.0 -
for all of phase 3 and especially the last 2 weeks i found my burns to be in the 300s so it could totally be accurate.0

My heart rate average is usually around 160 (with highs at about 175). In terms of calories burned, I usually burn about 300-330 calories per workout. Cardio 3 is my biggest calorie burner at about 350.0

I always turn mine right after I hit play and stop it after the stretching cool down.0 -
