This week I am going to amp up my workouts....
1) Going to the gym M/T/W/T at lunch
2) Do sit ups & strength workout every morning before shower

Hi! Joined the group a bit late but my goal this week is to drink a green smoothie for breakfast everyday (kale, apple, water, plant protein powder) and go on a hike everyday. So far so good!0
