    Mon: 18.70mi stationary cycling (think I'm taking a run break this week & see if shins start feeling better)

    Mon: 18.70mi stationary cycling + strength training (think I'm taking a run break this week & see if shins start feeling better)
    Tue: 4.94mi elliptical + strength training (the gym's elliptical measures more mileage done in shorter time than my home model ever did/does... not sure how accurate they are. hmm.)
