Hi all!
Monday November 19th marks the official start of the 6 week challenge! (So you've got an extra 3 days kick start!) By Monday, record your starting weight, and whatever else you measure (including NSVs) so we can work together, find encouragement, and be celebratory come New Years!
(I won't be weighing in until Monday - I need those extra 3 days lol)
Can't wait!
