Appropriate for someone with A LOT of weight to lose?

Hi! So I've been doing the low cal thing, and I am always hungry and struggle to stay close to the allowed amount. And it's not working. Is the EM2WL thing working for anyone else who has to lose 100+ pounds? I read on another site that obese people should only do the low cal thing. Just curious if this has worked for obese people. Thanks!

Yes, it does work for people with a lot of weight to lose. I am aiming to lose 85 and then maybe more, and so far I have lost 20 in around two months. It is SO doable.

I think so, yes! I have only been doing this for a week and I managed to lose 3.4 lbs (I also started weightlifting 3 times a week). But not only that, I have so much more energy and I just generally feel better. Good luck!0
