Offical start date and weigh in 11/18/2012

Today is my official start day. I weighed in this morning an was upset to find that I had gained .8 of a pound but then quickly got over it because I know weight flucates and I will lose it!

SW January 1, 2010=214.8
CW November 18,2012=140.4
NYE GW=a 4-9 pound loss.
Mini GW=130
UGW=120


Not sure how on point these measurements are. I took them myself the best I could.

Chest=34
Waist=33
Butt=37
Right thigh=21
Left thigh=21
Right Bicep=10
Left Bicep=11
Right Calve=13.5
Left Calve=14

    I stated last night but will post my start stats as of today. I was up a little this am but I am used to the little fluctuations the body makes when working out, I actually had enviable arms once upon a time!

    SW 11/12/12 - 175.8
    CW 11/18/12 - 174.4
    GW - 140 but would be content with anything under 145 (5' 3")

    Chest 35
    Waist 37
    Hips 43
    R thigh 27
    R bicep 12.5
    R calf 15.5

    I started the 16th but logged my measurements on here the 17th.

    SW October 23, 2012 = 273
    CW November 18, 2012= 265.8
    Mini goal before new years = close to or under 250
    GW1 = 165

    I hate my arms. They are by far the one thing that bothers me the most about myself. I can deal with my thickness but can't deal with my arms. Since i've lost the weight they are just so saggy.

    I started today. I have done the workout many times but it was always my "I didn't get to the gym today " workout.
    Holy mother, it kicks my butt big time every time!

    Anyway, here are my stats:
    Cw: 177lbs
    Gw : 130lbs
    Bust : 40,
    Waist: 36
    Hips: 43.5
    Arm : 12
    Leg : 26

    Goal for this challenge : Lose 3-5lbs, lose 3% body fat, lose 1 inch in each category except arms.
    Reward : New pair of jeans in a new size? Also, my very own sucess story posted on the forum!

    I will reward myself regardless if i get these goals. The reward will be the fact that I did the shred in completion. I'm sure I will achieve these goals anyway :)

    This workout kicked my butt. Will have to ease into it I think and not try every day for the first week or so. My stats are:
    CW = 161.4
    GW = 130

    Chest = 38.5
    Waist = 35
    hips = 45
    Arm = 12
