I normally don't count holidays even if I did eat a lot on that given day. Thanksgiving wasn't too bad..I had a plate of food, a couple slices of pie, a few glasses of Soda. Then a few hours later I had a couple more slices of pie and some cookies. I think my whole day was around 3500 calories. This weekend I had a hard time getting back on track. I am worried about Christmas though..I don't wanna totally restrict with dinner plans too but should just leave it at that and learn to get back at it the next day. We will see what happens.0 -
