So how's everyone feeling this week? Is everyone finding it easy to drink all their water and add a serving of fruit or vegetable? Any frustrations, joys, questions anyone want to share? I am frustrated that I cannot eat everything I want, LOL. I have been feeling good though. Paula and I discussed this the other day via text and I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that since we've been drinking so much water we are cold all the time. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm doing well on water and veggies/friut but find it impossible to control myself when eating out. Like today at work a client wanted to go out to eat. At first we were going to Grizzly's. Immediately thought nachos but convinced myself I love Grizzly's salad. He than changed his mind and decided on Pizza Hut at Target. I think I had used up all my self control mentally planning my Grizzly's meal so it was pizza and breadsticks for me. Luckily I now realize that Pizza Hut breadsticks are gross! Tomorrow's another day and all that jazz:)0

I hate it when I have myself mentally prepared for a meal plan and then things change. I agree, Pizza Hut breadsticks are nasty these days. They used to be good. And yes, tomorrow is another day. Good luck!0

It may not necessarily be the increased water intake but just the fact that your body composition is changing. Whenever I have done weight loss plans in the past and start losing I get cold too. You're sheding your insulation ladies! It's a good thing!
For me this week my focus has been getting my workouts in everyday. I also amped it up and have been alternating my swim areobics with an actual lap swim drill work out that I got from Speedo Pace Club. If you want to join my "swim team" go to http://paceclub.speedousa.com and join me. They have swim workouts as well as water aerobic workouts. The swim workouts come in all different levels, beginning, advanced, intermediate and weight loss. You burn so many calories swimming laps. Amazing!0 -
