I am in for the Christmas Challange. I did 15 miles last month because I started in the middle of the month. This month I am upping that to 30 miles.
Hoping that my kids will get me more of Leslie's dvds. I showed them which ones I wanted. I may have to buy them myself and wrap them up myself and give them to me. HA

Hi I wanna give this a try ...again...I totally bombed out on the November challenge!! Gonna push my self and shoot for 50 this month!!
Me too. I am still getting over the flu, but I am going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I will probably only do 1 mile for the next few days until I get over this bug, but then 2 miles a day for rest of month will help me make this goal.0 -

I am fairly new to the Leslie Sansone DVD's but I love it. I am currently walking 2 miles a day, 5 days a week (40 miles a month). My goal this month is to starting adding the third mile at least once a week.0

Princess, I just saw your remarks in the November challenge. Yes :noway: about the set for the Evening mile. but I've seen that set before, just can't remember which walk, maybe on a DVD I've borrowed from the library. I also 'did' the upper body fitness section. I have to do more strength as that is my weakness at this point. I love her living room for that also :-) It does look like a real living room to me too. She does one of her Walk the Walk DVD in that room. Looks peaceful there when I do that walk.0 -

LOL, I know, love the living room workout. I like the Walk away your stress walk, I haven't tried the Heart Healthy walk yet, but plan to!0 -
