Didnt put in much effort on the exercise front. It was my first week back to work after 3 weeks off so I was finding myself a bit too tired but im hoping that my new kettlebell dvd has dropped through my letterbox this morning so that I can get started.
my exercise goal this week is:-
Wednesday - 30 minutes Kettlebell dvd
Friday - 30 minutes Kettlebell dvd
Sunday - 1hr Pilates
Monday - Urban Rebound (1 hr ? class)
Start building up my stamina (fingers crossed)
