Not bad considering a BIG weekend away. Will do better this week.

Managed to complete 1 hour of exercise every day so a good start for me!!

    Didnt put in much effort on the exercise front. It was my first week back to work after 3 weeks off so I was finding myself a bit too tired but im hoping that my new kettlebell dvd has dropped through my letterbox this morning so that I can get started.

    my exercise goal this week is:-

    Wednesday - 30 minutes Kettlebell dvd
    Friday - 30 minutes Kettlebell dvd
    Sunday - 1hr Pilates
    Monday - Urban Rebound (1 hr ? class)

    Start building up my stamina (fingers crossed)

    Well done everyone with their losses and goodluck to those still to weigh in xx

    It was only and pound but I will take that as a win. I really let go this past week. I didn't do what I was suppose to do so I can't complain about the results. Good job to everyone who win or lose this week at least we all tried.
