Clean eating and caffeine

Should caffeine be avoided when eating clean? I drink it daily in the form coffee without sugar, never soft drink. Can the consumption of coffee be congruous with a clean eating diet?

    I drink regular coffee with nectresse, it was my give for taking Coffee Mate Flavored Non-Dairy Creamers out of my diet.
    I think regular coffee is clean and I drink at least 3 cups throughout the day.

    Black coffee and teas are natural with health benefits, I can not seem any reason it would not be clean unless your version of 'clean' is also stimulate free.
