    I'm loving this challenge. Coming back each week and looking at my progress is a huge motivator. It's a lot better than my usual "I have X lbs to lose and Y weeks to lose it; I'm never going to get there in time."

    Instead, it's "Holy cow, I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks! That's awesome!", or an overall "I've lost 13 lbs in the last 2 months! Fantastic!!" I like this more positive way of thinking a lot. :happy:

    Hi all, Started 2nd week, but so far

    SW= 198 pounds
    CW= 190.96 pounds
    GW= 178 pounds
    Lost = 7.04 pounds
    Left with= 12.96 pounds

    Huh, hopefully I will get close to my target if not reach the target

    I'm 27 (up by 1) inches around the stomach, but I'm bloated. I'll see how it looks next week!

    YIPPE!!! 2 lbs to go for challenge :happy:

    I find that setting small goals for myself WORKS! My first goal was to get under 200 (hadn't been under 200 in years) done. My next mini goal is to be the weight i was when I got married (185) and i only have 7 lbs to go to meet that goal. I also treat myself everytime i hit one of my mini goals. Keeps me motivated!

    I didn't weigh in the last couple weeks due to bloating from the time of the month... but I stepped on the scale and I am pretty happy that I lost :)

    And I have lost 30 pounds since I started last year!

    Yeeeeee-HAAAAWWWWW!!!!!!!! Making progress!!!!! AND I ran a half marathon on Saturday and set a new PR, 8 years after I set my old one! I ran a 2:06, a 9:40/mile average. That is great for me! So happy!

    Yay finally I am lower than my starting weight on here. 3 weeks till new years I can not believe it! If I can just lose 7 lb I will be down to 250 even, o what a dream that would be... However very unrealistic indeed. To hit my 50lb goal I only need to lose 2.8 more. I think I can do that......

    Slowly losing the weight is better than not losing it at all.
