Hi ladies! Is anyone up for a challenge today? Well if you are I challenge you to do 50 squats and 50 crunches! You have all day to complete them. I know you can all do it!

Great idea!!! I would but I did 30 day shred Monday and I still can't walk, use stairs, sit on toilet without holding on to the tub and counter top, lol. Im thinking I needed to stretch afterwards more than Jillian said. My quads are in rough shape. Needless to say I put the shred on hold for now.0
