Remaining loss: 4.6 lb (2.1 kg)


Tiny gain this week but it's that tom so I should shed it soon enough. Still a few weeks left, looking forward to getting those last numbers down!

    OMG, I don't feel so bad now, as although, my weigh in isn't till Monday my daily weigh in showed a gain this morning and I am/was panicky! I much prefer your attitude though. Fortunately or unfortunately, I can't blame it on TOM! Could it be that my brain is synchronizing with MFP (you) even though the body can't. LOL!

    No pounds lost this week, I hope I can still get to my goal weight. I am kinda happy that I didn't lose weight because I realize now that if I really want to lose I have to watch what I eat, it is not all about working out!

    Not at all surprised with a .5 gain; Thursday and Friday I ate so much I couldn't even track it.
    Feel like I wasted a whole week ... ughhhh.

    A little gain, but I've looked over my weight reports and I always gain a little back before dropping again. I'm also doing 30 Day Shred so I think some of it may be muscle. All in all, very encouraging!

    I've also lost a total of 13 inches since I started MFP in a determined manner. :) My weight loss has slowed, but that's due to the strength training I've started. Bring on the muscles, baby!

    Thanks so much, it's probably more like a swoosh, I've committed to upping my water intake. Now I am drinking about 12 glasses of water a day (12 cups total = 92 oz). And anyways, I need extra water to wash down that ground up rhino horn I'm taking 3 times a day, hahaha!

    It looks like we've lost a bunch of people this week, hopefully we'll see them on Monday! Come on guys, we can do this, there are still 3 weeks left.

    December 8th - 167.6 (5.7 pounds lost)

    Everyone has done so well. I had a rough week calorie wise. I was unable to exercise and that really messes with my head. I've GOT TO DO BETTER THIS WEEK!!!!! I also hope that my back will let me get some exercise in this week. :smile:
