hi guys,
I am 75% through with the cruise phase and I hit a plateau some time ago.
From your experience , going back to attack phase, will help me lose weight again?

I am down to my last 6 pounds, and I really want to lose them. Increasing the phisical activity is not going to work for me as I am injured and with cronic pain.

Thank you for any advice,
Dia

My experience was to make sure I got in enough PP days when I plateu'd... and I generally would not lose weight for a couple of weeks, then drop 2-3 pounds.

I also found that just making sure I stood up every hour for 10 minutes helped. I have a desk job and still find this helps tremendously. I don't know if you can do this, but even if I am on a conference call i will stand up if not talking.

Keep at it. the weight will come off.

Anytime I hit a plateau I do the attack phase for 2-3 days and so far it has always gotten me back on track. I have done the Dukan Diet since September 24, 2012 and am down 31 pounds as of today! I have not exercised like I should, so that is my New Years Resolution to exercise 4-5 days a week. : )
